01 Approach
We make furniture for rooms that seat hundreds of guests a week. That means steam-bent frames that stay tight, upholstery that passes the fire test your licence asks for, and table bases that do not wobble on an old pub floor. You bring the brief and the drawings; we specify, sample, build and ship.
What is contract furniture?
Contract furniture is furniture built for commercial spaces such as restaurants, cafés, pubs and hotels. Compared with domestic furniture it uses stronger joints, heavier frames, wipe-clean or fire-compliant upholstery and finishes that survive daily cleaning, and it is usually made to order in trade quantities.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for contract furniture?
Most chairs and bar stools start at 20–50 pieces per design, tables at around 10–20 per size, and booth seating is made per project. Colours and fabrics can often be mixed within one order; your quotation confirms the exact minimum.
How long does a restaurant furniture order take?
Allow roughly 7–15 working days for a pre-production sample, 30–45 days of production after sample approval, then around 30–40 days of sea freight to a UK port. Small urgent items can travel by air at extra cost.
Can upholstery meet UK fire regulations?
Yes. Tell us the standard your venue needs, for example BS 5852 Crib 5 or BS EN 1021-1/2, and we confirm a compliant foam, interliner and fabric build in writing with your quotation.
Do you supply samples before production?
Yes. We make a pre-production sample in your chosen finish or fabric so you can check comfort, colour and build. Sample costs and delivery are quoted per model.
Do you sell to the public?
We work with hospitality operators, interior designers, fit-out contractors and furniture resellers. Orders are quoted per project in trade quantities.
